I’m behind on everything because of Touhou, but I’m trying to keep up.
Currently Up-to-Date
Chi’s Sweet Home: This remains delightful, and it’s easy to keep up with. I figured I’d just be watching it for the cat, but Dad and the pet store lady are really fun to watch. Only 70 more episodes to go :3
Code Geass R2: I’m loving this, obviously, but I really can’t get into it as much as I could with Season 1. I’m just waiting for the Black Knights to actually get into a position where they have some hope of winning.
Golgo 13: It’s nice to have a show where the main character always wins. Watching Duke at work is an incredible experience, and sniping with a toy gun is too ridiculous not to love.
Hakaba Kitaro: I’ve enjoyed this relatively, but it wasn’t anything great. Waiting on the last few subs, and still listening to the OP regularly.
Kanokon: Oh my God. They don’t stop pushing the boundaries. Heart nipples for the win.
Kure-nai: Still brilliant, but Shinkurou’s indecisive attitude is starting to piss me off. Protect Murasaki, you son of a bitch.
Macross F: I love Ranka. I don’t care about the rest of the series. At all.
Mnemosyne: Still hasn’t recaptured the brilliance of the first episode, and I’m losing interest.
Shion no Ou: Live-evil (or a kind anon), please sub the last 2 episodes. FOR THE LOVE OF GOD.
You’re making her sad, you heartless bastards.
Tower of Druaga: Best Gonzo work in awhile. That’s not saying much, but I think it’s pretty damn good.
Currently Behind
Kaiba: Still stuck on episode 1.
Kyouran Kazoku Nikki: Stuck on episode 3. The first 3 episodes were good, but I’m not really excited about it.
The Daughter of 20 Faces: Stuck on episode 1. For some reason I think I’m going to like this even though I wasn’t very fond of the first episode.
Soul Eater: Stuck on episode 5, and I look forward to catching up. I badly want an OP release.
Toshokan Sensou: And another show that I haven’t gotten past the first episode of.
I still need to finish Zoku SZS and watch Hatenkou Yuugi and My Hime. I don’t even want to think beyond that. I just finished the Baccano! special episodes and loved them to death. I guess I need to watch the Wolfy Spice special too.
And I wasted 10 minutes or so watching Shiraishi walking around talking into a camera on the Lucky Star DVD. What the hell.
I guess for no reason, I’ll make a note about that Otaking fag too. The guy clearly has a stick up his ass, but I respect his right to complain about shitty fansubs. I guess I also respect his right to make horrible animations of himself that don’t mesh with his accent, but seriously, wow.

ALL OLD FANSUBS WERE PROFESSIONAL QUALITY
welp my old DBZ fansubs would like to have a word with otaking about that
The first 5 episodes of Daughter of Twenty Faces is pretty much just bland exposition. The real shit starts at episode 6…and what delicious shit it is.
I got the impression from the first episode that there was something I liked about it, but at the same time, I felt I’d be bored by it. Hopefully the things that caught my interest are the things that will begin to show as the series progresses.
Wtf, Wah. DBZ fansubs? To tell the truth, I still prefer the horrible grunting that pervaded every second of the English dub.
